The GO Sports system is an internal tool used by GO Ministries staff, coaches, and volunteers to manage program schedules, student participation, and site operations. It is not intended for public use. All data entered and viewed within this system is considered confidential and used only for legitimate ministry purposes.

The system uses session cookies to keep you securely logged in and store limited preferences. These cookies are cleared when you log out. Session cookies are typically removed when you close all browser windows. If a persistent cookie is used (e.g., “remember me”), it remains until its expiration or until you delete it in your browser settings.

The GO Sports system may store personal information such as contact details, program assignments, attendance records, and medical clearances related to GO Ministries programs. Sensitive information (such as passwords) is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security practices. Data is accessible only to authorized staff with a valid ministry role.

The system may send SMS, WhatsApp, or email notifications for internal ministry purposes such as program updates, schedule reminders, or important account communications (for example, password resets or new account confirmations). These messages are limited to users involved with GO Ministries programs. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by contacting your site administrator. Standard messaging or data rates may apply.

All records in this system are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to support ongoing ministry operations and reporting. Information is never sold or shared outside GO Ministries. Staff should avoid exporting or sharing system data externally unless authorized for ministry purposes.

GO Ministries may use trusted service providers such as Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp messaging), and Google Workspace (email delivery) to operate and support this system. These providers process information only on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations and do not use any data for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

This system may include limited information about minors participating in GO Ministries programs. Staff and volunteers must handle student information with care, access only what is necessary for their role, and follow ministry guidelines for confidentiality and information sharing.
